Snake Skin

We work with Python skins. All raw materials come from Southeast Asia.

Snakes are captured on farms and slaughtered in certified fridges. Its meat is traditionally enjoyed in several Asian countries. The python species are not in danger of extinction, but they need a control so that the species is preserved.

Each farm has a quota of snakes that can be captured annually. This quota is stipulated by the Ministry of the Environment of each country and is in agreement with the quotas of the annual catches of skin and meat established by CITES (Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Flora and Fauna - www.cites.org). org). CITES quotas are determined according to the number of snakes in each country, as defined by specialized biologists. The skins are exported accompanied by the CITES Certificate.
